Elite UK League Brings a High-Stakes VALORANT Addition to the UK

The UK competitive VALORANT ecosystem is gearing up for a major addition this autumn with the introduction of the new Elite UK League in partnership with EVC tournaments. You may have seen some teasers and minor announcements across social media but what can we expect from EUKL?

We’ve partnered up with EVC tournaments, who have been running The Surge, Game Changers Cash cups and a few other great tournaments across Europe to bring a new competition to the UK, aiming to bring elite level competition back to our shores. 32 teams will compete in the opening season of Elite UK League with some invited established teams joining a host of qualified rosters to be found over the coming weeks.

How Do We Get Involved?

Starting this coming Friday you can get involved with the Open Qualifiers on September 18th - September 20th and you can sign up right now! Join the EVC Discord right now and you can sign up in their discord, ask any questions or jump into their looking for team channel if you’re still looking to join a team.

What’s The Schedule?

The competition kicks off with standard qualifying rounds before moving into the main competition:

• Open Qualifiers: September 18 – September 20
• Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ): September 25 – September 27
• Main Event Runs: September through October
• Live Grand Finals (TBC): November (London)

The live finals are scheduled to be in London at an unannounced venue but we’re excited to see everyone down there playing or watching as we bring VALORANT back to the UK in a big way!
