Celebrate FAT TUESDAY with a VALORANT SEMLA

Stockholm, February 28, 2025 - Riot Games is celebrating Fat Tuesday with a limited edition run of VALORANT-themed Semla, Sweden’s favourite seasonal cream buns. The special Semla buns and an accompanying FAT TUESDAY COMMUNITY EVENT are all part of Riot Games’ commitment to showing their appreciation for the Swedish VALORANT community.

Riot Games will be teaming up with renowned pastry chef Gustaf Mabrouk to create a specially crafted Semla recipe inspired by the unique characteristics of VALORANT. The VALORANT semla buns will also appear as a limited-time item on the menu at Gustaf’s bakery, Panem between March 3 to March 4.

Gustaf has crafted a colourful and exciting Semla inspired by traditional Swedish flavours and the themes of VALORANT Season 2025 Act II. The Semla will feature a classic cardamom bun filled with a blueberry and lemongrass compote, bringing an unexpected twist to the typical Semla recipe.

But the fun doesn’t stop there - Riot Games is celebrating FAT TUESDAY with a special COMMUNITY EVENT at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere (Surbrunnsgatan 59, 113 27, Stockholm) on March 4th from 5 PM to 8 PM. The first 200 attendees will get their hands on a limited edition Semla before diving into VALORANT play sessions and other exciting activities.

Participants can test their skills in challenges like The Olofmeister Deathmatch, sharpen their reflexes with Red Bull Defuse the Spike, compete for VALORANT prizes, and even win a surprise grand gift!
